Dear nBrother statusque is the order which could be removed by the Court it grants or by the higher Court. There is no time limit provided in CPC for the Status Que Order.

File an application u/Or.39 R4 CPC in the Court that granted Status quo. If U fail, move an Appeal in the higher court.

status quo is generally granted just not to alter the situation and this an interim order and not the final order and if the application for permanent injunction is decided than this status quo automatically set aside.

Since it is the interlocutory order the same subsists till the interlocutory petition remains to be disposed of.
