Wife role in 498a

Hi

Once wife file 498a, it became case between husband and state. If wife does not appear on court date then what would happen to case,

Can 498a file after divorce also.

The case will be dismissed and husband will be acquitted as the case is not proved by the wife.

case will be dismissed after recording the evidence of all the charge sheet wittnesses.

when the case becomes the state case then it is not necessary to appear on each date in the court regularly and the case will not be dismissed as it is not necessary to appear for the complainant in the state case.

you can pray warrent if the fails to appear even after summon
