For each Bank CPIO is nominated in their websites. You can browse through the websites and file the RTI application with nominated CPIO. Again if the CPIO does not supply the information without valid reasons in accordance with the Act, the complainant has to file first appeal with the First Appeallate authority, who is again a nominated Bank official. His address will be given in the reply to original RTI application. This has to be filed within 30 days of first reply. If the appellate authority also does not supply the information, the second appeal rests with CIC. His address will also be given in the reply. You can browse this address RTI website.
