Digging of Well inside building Compound

Our's is a Co-op. Hsg. Society comprising 3 Buildings (each 3 seprately registered and have seprate working committes ).

One Building is on North , other one on the East and 3rd on the West Side.

Now the Bulding at North Side had started digging well behind building at West Side, to which residents of West Side Building had strongly objected, but Residents of Bulding on North Side are neither ready to accept their Wrong Doing and say that they will construct the well at same place only.

Please suggest what shall Residents of Building on West do ?
