how to take licence under Guj. Money lenders act, which authority is handling related matter under the act & issue licence under the act.

Bombay Money lenders Act applies to Gujarat also.

Go to Asst. Registrars who maintains a register of Money lenders. The office of the Registrar can be generally found in the office premises of the Collector. you will get all the information in that office.
