Certified judgement order from state consumer forum

Sir,

I want to know that if I want to get certified order copy of the Judgement from State Consumer Forum, have to give any application or not. If so, then any time limit is fixed after the judgement. My case is over almost 2 months now and I want to go for appeal in National Commission, Delhi. Please let me know at the earliest.

1)generally in consumer forum free certified copies of judgement are dispatched to parties . in case you have not received copy of the judgement make enquiries at the forum .
2)you are at liberty to make application for certified copy of judgement in case you so desire

appeal before national commission has to be filed within 30 days of the order passed by state commission .

There is no limitation to file an application for certified copy, but to file an appeal in the National forum limitation is 30 days from the date of order.
Your's already 2 months, if you want to file an appeal, you will have to file a delay condonation application giving reasonable grounds.

copies can be obtained,but time for appeal u/s19 of THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986 is30 days.Delay can be condoned if you succeed in showing sufficient cause.
