Sir ,can a married daughter claim property of her father who is death under pagdi system.if yes what has to be done?
father brought one room to his elder son when he was minnor because he cannot purchace 2 room on his name andmake a will of another room to his second wife the room is not tranfer yet to the name of second wife but the vill say that after the father death the room belongs to second wife after wife to the second son.the father has 2 son and 3 daughter all married.my question is that can daughter claim the property.
as the elder son was minnor when the father purchased the room can the two room has equal right to all.that is 2 son and 3 daughter.the property is in mumbai

In respect of willed property you cannot do anything.
In the property which was purchased by your father in the name of your brother when he minor, in this property you can claim your share taking contention that it was father's property.

actualy sir it is not willed . i dnt knw the term it cn be mutual understanding.
what happen is that step mother pressureize father to write that no one can sale or occupied property when the father was ill.c became greedy and now c is not allowing her step daughter to stay,and the brother who own property in kalyan too which he purchased
even he dnt allow his sistter to stay in that room.if possible i will mail u scan copy of the agreement.regard sunil
