About chargesheet

one of traffic police file 353,332,333 against me in june 2011 .. i got bail in that matter after arrest on 9 july 2011 ..
but police yet not filed chargesheet in court , can i get benefit of delay in chargesheet .. mainly in that matter all IO and witnesses r of police but yet not sended chargesheet ..

in 332 and 333 which evidances r important .. like panchanama and other

Delay in filing the charge sheet is not going to affect the trial in any way.

The evidence collected by the prosecution and deposed in the court during trial would be considered by the court.

filing of charge sheet is mendatory within 90 days if the police not filed chargesheet within time then the accused have right to bail. nothing going to effect in trial

Mr. Nadeem clearly state position of law that the accused have right to bail after 90 days, if charge sheet not filed. nothing going to effect in trial.
