Cr.p.c section 155 (2) and 156 (3)

A complaint filed alleging non- cognizable offenses and forwarded under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. Police investigated and final report filed. Whether I can content that the police cannot investigate the matter with out sanction as per section 155 (2)of Cr.P.C

No. Once he filed 156 (3) application which was allowed and police complied direction of court then such complainant cannot raise such objection.

Yes Mr makkad is absolutely right.Polce has to comply the order/direction of court.No illegality.
