Forged documents as evidence in the court

Sir,

Any forged document filed in the court knowingly that the said documents are forged in the civil court proceedings and same forged documents filed in the criminal court knowingly through a private complaint.

Under these circumstances whether Section 195 attracts to the case. When forged documents is filed in the civil court how can he become a private complainant holding the forged documents as evidence in the criminal court. Can criminal case be quashed in the High Court. What is the remedy for bogus witnesses in the criminal case.

Please kindly advise what action is available.

You have to prove that it is forzed document. Once it is declared by the civil court the documents are forzed then you can cross examine the complainant in the criminal case about those documents and civil court order

Yes indeed a case u/s 195 IPC stands for which you have to file a petition u/s 340 crpc.

We can not comment on the merit of the quashing petition without going through the whole case details.
