What I want to know is for how many years a Public Notary has to preserve copy of notarised document, such as copy of Will, Copy of Power of Attorney, Copy of Agreement etc., with him.

Dear Rohit, Being a Practicing Advocate for over 15 years, and a member of LCI here since 2009, I wonder how u asked this question??

Is it because Adipur in most Western corner if India, and a remote desert place, in kutch, where u prac.

Now what more to reply a practicing advocate for 15 years??

Notary don't preserve any copy of Will, Copy of Power of Attorney, Copy of Agreement etc. however, he maintain register about it.
