Notary act & rules.

What I want to know is for how many years a Public Notary has to preserve copy of notarised document, such as copy of Will, Copy of Power of Attorney, Copy of Agreement etc., with him.

Is it because Adipur in most Western corner if India, and a remote desert place, in kutch, where u prac.

Notary don't preserve any copy of Will, Copy of Power of Attorney, Copy of Agreement etc. however, he maintain register about it.
