How to process stay order or injunction order? How much I have to pay to advocate for stay order or injunction order for a property which is misusing in Bangalore, Karnataka?

well the fees depends upon lawyer to lawyer and matter of ur case also d value of property involved

U just need hire a good lawyer who is specialist in getting injunctions

engage a lawyer to draft your suit . in the prayer clause seek appropriate reliefs for an injunction .

the fees would depend upon experience of lawyer , . you will also have to pay court fees on suit you propose to file
