IN A PRIVATE COMPLAINT UNDER IPC,COMPLAINANT FILED COMPLAINT THROUGH HER POWER OF ATTORNEY,CAN THIS COMPLAINT IS MAINTANABLE ?
IS THERE ANY AUTHORITY ?

It would depnd upon the nature of complaint.
For example a POA holder can not file rape case.

What is the nature of the complaint. If thru., POA complaint is filed at the time of evidence court permission is required.

it woul depend upon nature of complaint . for cheque bouncing case for instance you cna file through POA

Any body may file criminal complaint.
But for offences relating to marriage as defined in Cr.P.C only aggrieved person can file complaint.
In NI Act Power of attorney may file complaint.

Answer: yes, but for the purpose of evidence, principal have to come.
