Please advise that if Foreign Power of Attorney notary in India is vaild or It has be registered through registrar?

Yes, it is legally valid in INDIA, if POA, adjudicate by the collector within three months from the date of receiving at INDIA.

Foreign POA should be got authenticated by Indian Embassy of that country then it should be got registered with concerned registrar only then the same is valid.

@Mr.Shonee Kapoor,

Merely authenticated of POA by Indian Embassy or High Commission it is not valid in India. Unless completion of Procedure of Section 18 of the Indian Stamp Act.
