can any one provid me the format of agreement for conversion of proprietory firm to private limited company

Dear Ms Shah:

A proprietary firm cannot convert to a Private Limited Company for the simple reason a Proprietary is a individual and a private limited company cannot be started by a sole individual it requires atleast 2 persons.

The Sole Proprietor should join with another person and from a Private limited company and the process of the conversion or transfer of assets /properties to Pvt Limited comapny to be complied
