while submitting the WCT challan/return instead of writing the name of the proprietorship, mistakenly the name of the proprietor was written.

What are the implications that follow.
If the same is wrong what can be done to amend the same.

since it is proprietorship concern generally we write the name of proprietor followed by name of proprietorship concern .

in your case you have written name of proprietor .
it is a clerical mistake .
since the propretor and concern is one and same .

A dealer can revise a return within one month from the last date of original return if
he discovers any mistake, error, omissio n or incorrect statement therein.
