Notice 82 procalamation

hi sir
i am a owner of property. few month ago i rented my house to a tenant. after living three months he has gone without informing me. then after some person tell me, he was doing a fraud work of providing wrong visa to some person. then i informed police about this and made a list of some old furniture left by tenant given to police. yes i have all document like police verification , agreement and his voter id card etc of tenant.

then after one month some police officer came to my house from airport and ask me about my tenant and take all document related to tanancy. they tell me, a person arrested with wrong visa at airport and that person tell police address of my house, he got that wrong visa.

after few month a police officer came to my house again with notice u/s 82 of procalamation on tenant name and date 19/2/2012 for appearence. who take my Bayaan and fix notice in front of my house wall.

now i want to know . is there any promblem for me. and who will removed this notice from my wall. can i removed this notice after time is over of notice.

since tenant is absconding the police have affixed proclamation at his last own address.

dont remove the notice

You have no problem as that person has been declared as absconder. You can also remove the notice after its expiry.

thanks sir,
about removal of notice diff opinion. i also want to tell u . one day morning notice already fall down from wall then i take it and keep safe in my hand . few days before when police came from punjab for inquiry that time i tell them about this notice of delhi police. they demand a copy of this notice so i give them a copy.but all these happened after expiry of notice. jab wo ja rahe the to aapaas mein baatein kar rahe the ki ye notice toh diwaar par chipkana chahiye tha. but mujhe kuch nahi bole.

That is OK, even if someone tore it off, affixation would be complete.
