Non mutual divorce case.

Dear Sir,

I am having queries regarding divorce case.
1)What is the procedure of counseling in the family divorce cases.
2)What is the duration of this counseling in non- mutual divroce case. ?
3) Can respondent request to the court for this counseling at home.

1. The court either in chamber or in open court asks the parties to make rapprochement and not to go for divorce. In a nutshell court discourages divorce.

2. In mutual divorce it is the same though it is hardly followed.
