(Querist) 17 April 2012 This query is : Resolved 
One of our clients, who is an NRI has executed Notarized Power of Attorney in favour of his mother to sign the Home Loan documents of Bank. Is the power of Attorney Valid. The said POA was executed when he was available in India.
