sir my father in law is a central govt employee he has purchased 200 square yards of land in 1995 in hyderabad andhra pradesh and registered it and availed house building loan from govt he expired in 1996 and the govt has recovered all dues now in2012 i checked in internet the legal registration documents in s.r.o. my father in law name is there and in other s.r.o. some other person it is registered how to claim my land what legal remedy is there one more thing the entire land is about 395 sq. yds 200 sq is registered in my father in law name and the 195 sq yds is purchased by his collegue on same year and registered

Don't you have sale deed of the plot? How much measurement in mentioned in the sale deed it is to be looked into. First go thru., the sale deed.

Take proper measurement of the land.
Get the name of your father in law transferred in his legal heirs.
Keep the actual possession of the property in their hand preferably by erecting boundary wall.

You should apply for mutation of name of heirs in his place.
Raise a boundary wall with gate over your 200sq.yds.so that no encroachment may go on.
