RES. SIRS. :- THE BODY OF MY DESEASED DAUGHTER WAS FOUND TO POLICE AFTER MISSING OF 10 DAYS , FLOATING IN YAMUNA RIVER , AT DELHI. ALTHOUGH I WAS HAVING A CELL PHONE WITH CAMERA ; BUT DUE TO DEPRESSION & SHOCK COULD NOT TAKE HER LAST PHOTOS AT MORTUAY OF A.I.I.M.S. BEFORE POST MORTEM. NOW AFTER TWO & HALF YEAR ; I HAVE COME TO KNOW (thru statement of inspector)THAT THE INSPECTOR , WHO SEIZED BODY , HAD GOT TAKEN THREE "PHOTOGRAPHS" BEFORE HANDING OVER BODY TO "MORTURY". THE SAME ARE IN COURT RECORDS . ON MY VERBAL REQUEST Hon. JUDGE HAS REFUSED TO PROVIDE A SET OF COPIES OF "MY DAUGHTER". HOW MAY I GET THE SAME FOR "REMEMBRANCES" OF MY DAUGHTER & FOR SOME USE IN CHALLENGING "MANUPLATED AUTOPSY REPORT" (being manged by her so called in-laws to save their son from charge of killing). MAY KINDLY ADVISE ; IS THERE ANY WAY OUT or SHOULD I (ALSO) GO FOR "BROKER" TO OBTAIN THE SAME..........REGARDS & THANKS IN ANTICIPATION..........

on her death atopsy was conducted . what is mentioned in report as cause of death ? was any case filed against her in laws and husband?
what were you doing for 2 and half years .
had you infomed the cops that you belive your daughter was murdered .
if police have not done investigations properly you could have moved court for proper investigations . mere photgraphs wont help you

Autopsy report did not indicate any reason ; but report from f.s.l. shows some drugs effect named as diazepam. Only we had filed case against the in-laws. Case is under hearings. The inspector has stated that body was not so that it could not be recognised & all papers ; including "diary" having phone numbers was legible ' by help of which Inspector could inform to us. The main accused is still under judicial custody under sections 498-A ,394-B &ONE MORE. I WANT PHOTOS AS A LAST REMEMBERANCE . IS IT NT POSSIBLE TO GET THE SAME. REGARDS.

you must be having some photgraphs of your daughter in her happier days . what is the use of keeping her dead bodty photographs . on seeing those pics you will land in further depression .
the main accused is facing trial and have faith in judicial system . the kill3er will be punished .
if you so desire make an application to local police station for copy of the photgraph s . since trial is going on they may not hadn copy of pics to you

Res. Sir -No doubt, I am having her photographs right from child hood to "Marriage Timeā€¯. As a matter of fact her little baby (daughter); who was hardly 10 months child; when my daughter passed away. The child_baby is with us & to keep her happy we (me & wife) have given ours name for her healthy grow -up. I had reqstd one more qn. long back. I shall send the file (1-2 pages) for ur's kind perusal. & I think that file may clear some aspects of my present request. As i have already mentioned, as the culprits knew the fact , they managed manuplation in autopsy & as well in framing of charge sheet against them . I hope Your Good self be well conversant with working of Police Deptt. ; Who may forge anything just for money.
In nut shell the result / opinion are that I may not get photographs; so that I could consult "Autopsy Expert" for need full views.

It is often stated that police can change evidence, forge evidence, but is very difficult.

Apply for true copy of evidence thru your Adv.
Once it goes to copy section, u do needful to get copies of photograph , pay copy charges.
