I have obtained an order from MM, Andheri on the basis of some evidence I could get after a delay of 20 yrs. in the prop. business of my late father who died in 1996 for large scale frauds committed by my brothers. It requires complete investigation to get the full details but the police is limiting the investigations to the specific three points where I have the proof. Pl. advice how can I ask the police for complete investigations in the matter. My brothers are capable of paying huge bribes to water down the case.

Approach the same magistrate u/s 156(3) who can then monitor the investigation to make sure it goes on in an impartial manner. If that fails to reap results you can after chargesheet file 173(8). And as a measure of last resort approach HC with a writ of mandamus - to direct police authorities to do their work diligently.
