hi,
plz guide me......
can a mutual agreement be made of one Rupee rental pm for the mutual understanding of the parties both the companies are ltd and pvt ltd companies, in this case what shall be the heading of the agreement ? whether it will be a mutual agreement or it will be a Memorandom of understanding , whether this agreement shall be legally enforced ?

it is upto parties to decide what should be the rental amount , security deposit . if parties want rental at one ruppee they can do so .

Inadequacy of Consideration does not make the contract unenforceable or null or void. It is perfectly enforceable. To illustrate in Rangakymma v. Prakash (2008 SC) two sisters sold a million worth house for Rs.1/- the transaction was held to be valid and not vitiated by undue influence.
