Gift to minor

(Querist) 29 May 2012 This query is : Resolved 
with reference to gift minor appointing the mother to hand over the same to the children after attaining major is registered deed the will deed was made after the minors attained majoring when the they are enjoining the property till their last breath at the age of 85 yrs
