court has passed exparte eviction orders ag. me for nonpayment ofrent and subletting. since i appeared twice idid not file w/s nor rebutted plaintif evidence. ihave no where admitted i am tenant and not admitted amt.of rent so far. sub tenant has alredy vacated and handed over possession to landlord. plaintiff in his evidence filed rent agreement stating rent amt. and also filed bank statement showing amt of cheques of rent as well as date of default. pl guide ican appeal orapply to set aside eviction orders. i am not in position to pay arrears. can i delay the eviction process.

Who on earth have you advised not to file ws?

Have not you engaged an advocate?

In written pleading filed by the plaintiff you can no way challenge orally.

The query seems to be incomplete.

Kamal, How u have come in the possession of the property.

u have mentioned about sub tenant. If u have kept him that means surely u are defaulter.
