Hacking credit card

Dear Sir,
I have kotak mahindra credit card.Without my knowledge someone used my card in june,2010 for Rs3600/-.I got sms on my mobile that transaction was sucessfull.I immediately called customercare people and complained and I myself requested them to block the card.After that they cancelled the transaction and blocked the card.As I have no interest of using that card I did not request them for new card.Again in this year June,my card was misused for Rs4000/- but as the card is in blocked state I got an sms stating to give valid card details.I enquired the credit card company for transaction details but they said they dont have any such details.what shall I do?Please advice.Thank you sir,C.Ramesh
