Dear Experts ,

Can a consumer forum ask MOU & AOA from a private Ltd company in a consumer complaint where the Pvt Ltd Company is not a party but the parties have sign the franchise agreement with Pvt Ltd Company ..

consumer court cannot ask for the MOU directly, if it is necessary then one of the parties to the complaint will have to call for the documents.

thanks Sir , Consumer court asked the complainant to produce the documents. hence complainant advocate send the legal notice to the company which they are not the necessary party in that case. what is the binding ness ??

Complainant can apply / summon , id the doc is necessary and relevant to meet the end of justice.
