I want to buy agriculture land in Maharashtra but I m not farmer but my father was farmer in rajasthan but I dont have any proof. Please help me, Can I buy NA land in my name?

obtain certificate from local tehsildar of rajasthan wherein your father had agricultural lasnd . then you can buy land in your father name .

When your father was owning agri land in Rajasthan what happened to that land?
Did he sale it in his life time or it devolved upon you and your name got mutated or he is still there with his name recorded.
You can obtain certificate accordingly as guided by Mr.Sethi.
Many states do not bar buying agri-land by non farmers(one among them is U.P.),is an other alternative to fulfill Maharashtra's legal requirement.

I have also similar advice. You are also most welcome to purchase land in Haryana and then sale it if you require just an agriculturist status/certificate for further purchase in Maharashtra.
