I would like to know if a Relinquishment deed for a property can be made from a wife to a husband?
Also are Relinquishment deeds valid in Uttar Pradesh?

yes, its valid, in all over india except JK,

Thanks for the response, but the Sub registrar says that in UP it has been stopped since 1981..
