Legal heir signature for self earned property.

HEllo,
I am planning to buy a BDA PLot in Bangalore, this is a self earned property and I will become the third Owner. BEfore I buy I just want to make sure if the legal heirs of the last 2 owners should provide the NOC for me so that in future I will not face any problem from them.

contact a local lawyer . obtain title clearance certificate . insist on production of original documents from last 2 owners
