Due to official work I shifted to Ahmedabad since last 7 monts from Nagpur To Ahmedabad. I have my parents house there and I am currently living in rental accomodation.
My SBI account is in Nagpur, maharashtra on 3rd & 4th Sept 2012 transction took place form ATM in kolkata of total Rs 64000/-. This I came to notice on 5th Sept when I tried to withdraw amount from ATM in Ahmedabad. I have my debit card with me and this 64000 INR transaction took place fraudently. I wrote complain to SBI and police of Ahmedabad, Nagpur & Kolkata by email.
And later on tried to ragister an FIR as advised by my SBI branch to Police station. Problem is they are denaying every time to ragister an FIR. What can I do if bank is asking for FIR copy?
Ahmedabad Police telling me to go to Nagpur/Kolkata. when called Nagpur Police they tell me to lodge FIR in Ahmedabad/ Kolkata & senario is same with Kolkata Police.
I want to know if there is a Zero FIR concept why they cant accept my FIR. & what I can do to remember them their duties?

fir CAN BE LODGED AT ANY place Ahmedabad, Nagpur & Kolkata.
But It is strange that why bank itself not registering the FIR. It is bank's duty also.
If you are unable to lodge FIR you can apply in court under 156(3) Cr.P.C. to get an order for register the FIR.
