Antiicipatory bail

Dear Sir/ Madam

This is regarding non bailabale & cognizabal offence. Police is likly to file FIR , but not filed yet. But we are sure that police will file the FIR within short span of time. In this case can we take anticipatory bail. Please advice.

yes, u can go for AB.

The question of AB comes after filing of FIR. In your AB Application, you shall have to mention the sections of the charges levelled against you.
