how do I get my charge sheet translated from marathi to english legally and officially?

1. There was no provision in the Criminal Procedure Code to provide translated versions of the charge sheet and documents.
2. It has to be done from one of the Courts petition writer who can be found in Petitione Writers Block attached to all Courts.
3. If after translation same to be submitted then required translation fees as per Rules also need to be affixed along with an affidavit such as "to the best of my knoweldge translation to be true..." with document.

Get the document translated from some well qualified translator, get the translated document verified to be correctly translated under the seal of some verifying agency, which knows both the language very well, get that nororised and submit along with the original version.
