dear expert

is it nessary to registered leave and license agrement and if yes then if we regiaterd the same through notary then it will be ok or what my proety is situated at pune so can i registered the same propety leave and license at mumbai or not
my deposit amount is rs 500000 and the rent is rs 35000

to safeguard it is better to register before sub registrar office only

Well. leave and license is not a compulsorily registrable document.
