i want to file a consumer complaint against service center of washing machine because they have given insufficient services , who are necessary party in this complaint. kindly suggest.

I do agree with Ganguly and also pray to expert Nanda to please be positive towards the querist.

The advice which Nand has given, can be be given even by a layman.
