Hi, I need a answer for this question.
Please, give me some hints if you can. Thx.

Q: What are the principles the court should consider while granting temporary injunction?

Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 08 December 2012
Three driving factors-

1. Prima facie case
2. Urgency in relief sought for
3. Balance of convenience and inconvenience.

If plaintiff shows to court that he has

1.A Prima facie case(triable case),and that

2. Balance of convenience is in his favor, and also that

3. Irreparable injury (which can not be compensated in terms of money)would be caused if temporary injunction is not granted to him then court on proof these 3 ingredients, shall grant the temporary injunction prayed for by the plaintiff.
