Help regarding sale deed

Dear Sir,

We find the clause like :

The Vendor and the Buyer are desirous of reducing into writing the terms of sale.

What does it mean?

Is it mandatory to include this clause in Sale Deed?

both agreed to write down the terms of the sale. The conditions or agreements between the vendor and seller will be written in sale deed, but not this what you have asked.

No the exact language is not compulsory.

This exact may not be words but the purpose for executing the agreement should be there.

Dear Sir,

My builder says, he has given Power of Attorney to his employee for attending the registration office.

It means , SALE DEED will be signed by builder only?

My builder is not responding correctly.

If the builder is owner and he has provided a registered POA in favour of anyone then it si purely legal and you should not be worried.
