I am working in a software company. I got married on Sep 2009 and my wife is working in govt office and earning more than 20000/-per month. From date of my marriage I was living with my wife along with her parents. Whenever I asked my wife for separate residence she refused to come with me and her parents also not allowed for separate residence. She got delivered a baby boy on dec 2011.Again I asked for separate residence to my wife on Jan 2012 she refused to come. So I left from that house on Jan 2012.i have contacted multiple times over phone but she didn’t pickup hence I have filed the RCR in my native place on Jun 2012. After receiving RCR court letter she has filed 125 crpc cases in chennai and i have submitted the counter for that MC case. But she has never filed the counter for my RCR case after 6 months she has filed the transfer op to chennai for my RCR.I would like to know shall i ask the transfer op to join with My wife 125 case.Is it possible ?

courts generally take into account convenience of the wife . hence generally transfer applications are allowed .
for 125 CRpc fight case on merits , mention that wife has deserted you of own accord and that she is earning more then Rs 20,000 per month .

RCR IS USELESS.
iT IS JUST TIME PASS Except provide grd for Divorce.
it will be trf to her residence.
It cannot be joined with 125 being criminal pro wheras rcr is civil .
Only exception : Family court, but DV if she try, goes to JMFC
