Dear sir,
A plot is allotted to a poor family by the govt.about 30 years back from assignment land which generally not supposed to transfer to any body.but 15 years back the plot was sold to some body by a regd.sale Deed. latter in 2007 some other person purchased through a Regd.sale Deed.again a person purchesed in 2007 wants to sell the same by a regd.sale deed.is it genuine purchase.if purchased is there any problems? Registrar office tells that as per the 2007 deed it is registrable1 but on the basis of15 years document it is not regd.bank loans are not giving on that plot.if a person wants to purchase the plot from his own source.kindly advice whether to purchase the plot OR not and also advice the consequences.thanq.
