Rti : mobile towers near my house

Dear Sir,

How do I obtain the right documents about a mobile tower erected behind my house? How do I apply for the documents through RTI in Bangalore (Karnataka) . I live in Domlur.

apply to muncipal coproration whether permission given fr said towers

Generally such permission is not provided to such companies legally and illegal foul pay a vital role so after obtaining the information file a criminal case under section 133 of Criminal procedure code.

First of all, u have to identify which telecom company has erected the Ground based tower in question.If the area comes under the municipal corporation of Bangalore, definitely information will be available with the corporation authority.
Now a days single tower is shared by multiple operators. In such a case u have to identify the host operator.
In case of difficulty, Telecom Regulatory authority of India( TRAI) can be approached .
