I need legal help regarding cancellation/non transfer of membership in a housing society at vasai road west.

I want to send legal/show cause notices to the society office bearers urgently.

It cannot be cancellation of membership.
Yes, it might be non transfer, due to pending bank Loan, or unregistered Sale Deed , or unpaid mtn/ due, or incomplete/ defective transfer papers, outdated stamp papers for trf,
Did you ask Society why they did so??
