Sale of tea garden in himachal pradesh

We have a Land register as tea garden in revenue records bought in 1970 through proper registry. In 1972 land ceiling act come into force which ban the sale of tea gardens in himachal pradesh Since we have bought our land in 1970 before the act came into force can we sale the land legally

if there is complete ban on sale of tea gardens you cant sell your tea garden now .

it is necessary to go through the provisions of land ceiling act in HP before advising any further .
