I am residing at shegaon dist buldana.I have also completed my LLM degree in corporate laws and practicing at khamgaon & shegaon since last 6 yrs.
sir I want to start law firm for the purpose of outsourcing works and corporate works. so plz suggest me to plan my dream under all requirments and also suggest whether i myself can work as legal practioner under Advocate Act 1961

i am registered member with bar council of maharastra & Goa in year 2006 and mainly practicing in civil,criminal,trust laws,consumer in district court at khamgaon dist:buldana ()

When you have enrolled with the bar and are practising, you are already working as a legal practitioner.
Therefore, your query "whether i myself can work as legal practioner under Advocate Act 1961" is not understaood.
If you want to start a law firm (Firm means a partnership) then you should have a partner. Thereafter you can have a partnership agreement, get the same registered with the Registrar of Firms.

thanks for ansering me but my main issue is i want expand my legal profession by providing legal services in india and abrod and i cannot understand which will be best for me i.e formation of associates or law firm and which one is permissible for me to work as legal practioner
