in one criminal mater court ordered police to ragisterd fir, ipc 467,468,471, but police report court that they have no territorial jurisdiction for investigate that mater and also court has also not territorial jurisdiction for that offence on crpc place of offenc crpc 177,178,179, after read that report court ask the advocat for complainant about the police report, and court oral intimate the advocate to withdraw the complaint which is pending before that court, the complainant advocate him self withdraw the complainant without informed the original complainant, in year 2007, now recently the original complainant know the above fact after 6 years,in this situtation he has any leagle option for justicce? what is proper leagle remedy for that?

Sorry , it is too late.
If you were sleeping all these years then court would not remain awake to give relief after 6 years.

Such complainant, who is continuesly sleeping since last more than 6 years, has even no moral right to raise such issues.
