How to take leave when fighting case party in person?

In my all matromonial civil and criminal cases I am fighting as party in person.
How can I get a leave from apprence in court for particular day?

engage a lawyer to fight your case . you need not be present on all dates . your lawyer will do the needful . no company will keep on giving you leave if you have number of dates in a month

Is this possible in between all the cases I can take adovactes legal help.In civil case I filed written statements myself.

You can engage lawyer at any stage of the cases. Leave from your department for the day of your court hearings is your personal adjustment and no one can make any comment thereto.

I want to take leave from court hearings by putting leave application in court when I am apearing in court as PIP.How and who can put leave application in court like "My health is not good" , " I am going in friend/relatives marrige" ,"I have urgent work at office" etc.

None can put such application in such eventualities you mentioned so better to engage a lawyer.

Your employer is not obliged to grant you leave on the score that you are appearing in person to court cases slapped on you by your wife and simultaneously the court has no jurisdiction to issue any command to your employer to grant you leave in cases in which your employer is not a party.

Understand! Then no cry and hues! It sounds bad which i do not want to listen.
