I WANT TO MARRY A GIRL WITH HER FULL CONSENT.THE PARENTS OF THE GIRL ARE NOT GIVING THEIR APPROVAL.MY PARENTS ARE WITH US AND HAVE APPROVED THIS RELATIONSHIP.
1.CAN I GO TO THE GIRLS PLACE (AS WE ARE LIVING IN DIFFERENT DISTRICTS OF RAJASTHAN)AND BRING HER WITH ME.?
2.LEGAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO US FOR GETTING MARRIED?
3.ARE THERE ANY RISKS INVOLVED?

1. Yes but only after marrying her.
2.Register the marriage.
3. If her parents oppose you can take police help.

if both are major then there is no problem in marrying her usually girls parents if popular then they create problems so take elders of your village and police help

yes you can but only she gives PROPER CONSENT, because many a times the girl might file a complaint (read kidnapping) against the boy under pressure of her parents and that will lead you to a major problem..so think twice before taking this step.

for your precaution, send a letter to higher authority by her before taken any step regarding this, she is agree to marry with you with her free consent and her parents are not ready to give their approval, after this letter you and your family are safe and go ahead.

Why are you adamant to go to her district and invite trouble for you when the parents of your would be are not agree with your marriage and are opposing it. Law/legal right and practical aspects are generally different and opposite in such matters especially if such relationship is developed in Haryana, Rajasthan and Western UP.
You should wisefuly avoid the situation of direct conflict for the safety of you both as well as of your parents and relatives.
If both are major, get marriage at some other place and get it registered.
