Hello Experts
I need to know what is registration process of tax bar association what is eligibility for this? Currently i am doing diploma in Taxation so is it enough for registration for tax bar association please advice

The very name "bar association" means that it is an association of members of the bar. So, first you need to be a member of the bar and then you can think of floating an association. To become a member of the bar, you need to pass requisite qualifying examination and then enrol as a member of the bar. Bar association can be registered as a society.

You need to obtain this information from the concerned Bar Association whether it includes diploma holders as its members. Bar have its own rules.
