we got a loan from bank with the help of some wrong documents and facts . later we deposited the whole sum with interest to bank, hence no financial loss arises to bank in primary stage. after 15 days now bank filed a Fir in section 420,467,468,471,120B against me, pls advice what may be the remedy or anticipatory bail process and it's possibility to get the anticipatory bail from court.

Since money is deposited so matter is not so serious now.

You may get AB or even normal bail .

since no financial loss has been caused to bank you will be released on bail . dont worry

Bail shall be granted but don't take the issue lightly as offence had been committed.
