What to do to complain on behalf of my bedridden father

my father had a property which was sold by forgery and by other illegal means.since my father is bed ridden and physically handicapped i have lodged a complain on his behalf.and a case has been registered.
legally can i lodge a complain on behalf of my father as because property is not mine but it is property of my father?2)since my father is very ill what other legal measures shall i take now to continue the case even after my fathers demise.

property was sold about 10 years ago but we came to know about only 6 month ago and after that a case has been registered.it has been sold by my relative who used to look after all parental property as my father was in service outside state.my father is bedridden for the last 02 years and physically handicapped for the past 20 years so i lodged complain on my fathers behalf

was the relative holding power of attorney on your father behalf .

You can obtain a registered GPA of your father and can initiate every action on his behalf mentioned in the GPA.

no relative doesnot hold POA.IN FACT I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL CERTIFIED COPY OF FORGERY AND OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIONS FROM BLRO OFFICE

I none is holding GPA of your father and even then the property stands transferred in the name of any other person then you should speed up and should initiate all civil as well criminal actions by getting GPA of your father.
