How declare a gardian for unsoundmind for taking his father's pension on behalf of him/her

state facts clearly . is it your case father is of unsound mind and you want guardian to be appointed ?

you will need court orders for same . need certificate that your father is mentally ill .

Father has passed away and mther also after the death of father's mother was geting pension now mother also expire and acording to a upgov g.o. Pension wil get for unsoundmind unmaried son/daughter for maintan life.

File a petition under the Mental Health Act for appointment of guardian in respect of the person and property of the mentally ill person.

you can also file a civil suit before civil court to appoint a legal guardian.

You need to file an application under judicial inquisition.you can never file a civil suit before civil court to appoint a legal guardian in the case under reference.It would be a petition under Mental health act befor District Judge.

Any person from public can file an application before District Judge under Mental Health Act for appointment of court guardian for such person.
